1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pgphaa ("pgphaa," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pgphaa online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the pgphaa website, creating an account, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pgphaa platform.

pgphaa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The pgphaa platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pgphaa reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Services are intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the pgphaa platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. pgphaa makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the pgphaa platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.4 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. pgphaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.5 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on pgphaa: (a) employees of pgphaa and their immediate family members; (b) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the pgphaa platform; (c) individuals who have been excluded by pgphaa for breach of these Terms.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgphaa account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your pgphaa account and not reuse it for other services;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify pgphaa immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out of your pgphaa account when using shared or public devices.

pgphaa will never request your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pgphaa and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pgphaa support immediately.

pgphaa shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pgphaa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. pgphaa does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated within your account dashboard. pgphaa reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. pgphaa aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. pgphaa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pgphaa is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete identity verification may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pgphaa offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by pgphaa are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pgphaa reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where pgphaa reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to exploit bonus offers, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your pgphaa account balance without notice.

6. Gameplay and Fairness

All games available on the pgphaa platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by pgphaa or any third party.

pgphaa does not guarantee any specific outcome, return-to-player percentage, or winning result for any game. Past results do not predict future outcomes. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a possible and expected outcome of gameplay.

The use of automated software, bots, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

7. Responsible Gaming

pgphaa is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits – set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits;
• Loss limits – cap the maximum amount you can lose in a given period;
• Session time reminders – receive notifications after a set period of play;
• Self-exclusion – temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the pgphaa platform;
• Reality checks – periodic notifications showing session duration and net result.

Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting pgphaa customer support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, pgphaa will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgphaa platform:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Creating or operating more than one pgphaa account;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts in connection with any game or feature;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraud;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pgphaa staff or other players;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the pgphaa platform.

pgphaa reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances, without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pgphaa platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of pgphaa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the pgphaa platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the pgphaa platform without the prior written consent of pgphaa.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pgphaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pgphaa platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if pgphaa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pgphaa's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pgphaa account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pgphaa does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pgphaa reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pgphaa platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact pgphaa's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pgphaa will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

12. Privacy

pgphaa's collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the pgphaa Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pgphaa platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the pgphaa Privacy Policy.
